[Swftools-common] Problem installing on debian woody

Hello,

Running Debian Woody
Linux debbie 2.2.20-idepci #1 Sat Apr 20 12:45:19 EST 2002 i686 unknown

wget http://www.quiss.org/swftools/swftools-2004-05-18-1254.tar.gz
tar -zxvf swftools-2004-05-18-1254.tar.gz
cd swftools-2004-05-18-1254
./configure

At the end of ./configure output I get the following:
  config.status: creating lib/python/Makefile
  config.status: error: cannot find input file: lib/python/Makefile.in
  (fwiw: python is not installed)

I did a 'touch lib/python/Makefile.in', it removed the reported error
above, but when I ran make I got the following:
