Thanks, somehow I missed that one.

Ok, I hacked together a short "exif aware" jpeg2swf in Python.
It's at 
    http://www.quiss.org/swftools/python/jpeg2swf_exif.py

So far, it seems to work quite well at least for the images from
my camera. 

You need the EXIF.py module, a recent SWF.so (CVS version) and Arial.ttf
to run it.
