I was asking for jpeg2swf.. Is it the same? I only have to implement
five functions?

If you know C, you could write a new video provider for avi2swf.
It's pretty simple, you only have to implement five functions (see
avi2swf/videoreader.h, or avi2swf/videoreader_vfw.cc for an example).
