is there a file "simple_viewer.swf" in the swfs/ directory?

So far, it looks like either the /usr/bin/install script is broken, or
the creation of simple_viewer.swf went wrong.
If there is *no* simple_viewer.swf, could you check whether you can
execute the file swfs/simple_viewer (without the .swf)?
