I have just downloaded the Development Snapshots, and It have support for .move.

 

Are there some new commands in this version?

 

Are there any updated document that has all commands and syntax?

The .move command is rather new to swfc; replacing it with .change should be fine. The result I get (with a newer version of swfc than the one you use) has no line if viewed within the html file you made. Viewing just the .swf in my browser does have the vertical line.
