[Swftools-common] removing 1 frame on 2

is it possible with swftools to remove 1 frame on 2 in a swf file ?
 
for example, i have a 10 frames diaporama swf (1,2,3,4...)
and i want to keep only 1,3,5,7...)
 
Possible ? with which tool and command ?
