[Swftools-common] Licensing issue with GPL |

Hello,
I'm currently packaging swftools for the Linux distribution Fedora.
During the review process of my work (see
https://bugzilla.rpmfusion.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1252), a licensing issue
was detected: SWFTools (GPL licensed) can be linked to pdflib which is
not free. In such a case, an explicit exception to the GPL must be put
in the distributed sources, as described here:
http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-faq.html#GPLIncompatibleLibs
So is it possible to put such an exception in sources, to comply with
the GPL?
Thanks,
Mohamed
