This mail is an automated notification from the bugs tracker of the project: Synaptic. /**************************************************************************/ [bugs #10158] Full Item Snapshot: URL: <http://savannah.nongnu.org/bugs/?func=detailitem&item_id=10158> Project: Synaptic Submitted by: Niels L. Ellegaard On: Thu 08/26/2004 at 15:09 Category: None Severity: 5 - Average Item Group: None Resolution: None Privacy: Public Assigned to: None Status: Open Summary: [usability] Manual removal of the "new package" flag Original Submission: It would like the "new packages"-filter to work in the following way: Whenever a new package arrives it automatically gets flagged as "new". These "new"-flags are only removed when the user picks a specific menu option. (Right now all the "new"-flags are removed as soon as I exit synaptic.) Thanks for making Synaptic. I use it with great pleasure.
