It seems highly improbable to me that one would ever want to do that in
the five-arg form, because the Top node doesn't exist in the printed
manual.  (A bad convention, IMHO, but it's the one Texinfo manuals have
followed since day one.)

I know it does in HTML.  So if by some strange chance someone wants to
refer to that specifically, they can use the configuration variable you
introduced.
