Other things come out colored, such as xrefs and page numbers in the TOC.
Not sure what you should do about those...
I am :). Everything is (should be) controlled by one TeX macro. So
everything will become black. I think that is fine/good. If anyone
actually wants color, they can redefine that color macro inside @tex.
Maybe I will even have time to tweak texinfo.tex and push out the new
version tomorrow, but it could easily be later.
