I agree; did you manage to get something working already.
Unfortunately, I want be able to help next two weeks.
One important thing: you should create a "hashset" with all TeXmacs
constructs which will be translated into Html by your converter.
Before exporting to Html, there will be another program which executes
all TeXmacs constructs which are not in this set (like "theorem").
This allows us to preserve structure whenever possible and
to replace non preservable structure by its expansion.

Yes, that is what I would like to have to; Alvaro made some promises
long those lines, but I don't know when he will have time to do some
actual work.
