[Texmacs-dev] presentation mode: yes in KDE. font-test.tm

Presentation mode works ok for me in KDE 2.2, although I can't use
cursor keys, or pgup pgdown to move (neither A-pgup...).

apparently it is not possible to print/preview the first two tables in 
font-test.tm. Only the end of the second appears clipped in the gv
preview.
