[Texmacs-dev] [Announce]: nogencc-14 for TeXmacs-1.0.0.9

Nogencc-14 has been released. That version include a number of changes
requested by Joris for merging with mainline.

The last remaining thing to do before merging is completing the port
of TeXmacs-misc. That should not be too difficult now that the
endlessly problematic aggregate compilation mode has been dropped.

One important change is that the option -frepo is no longer used for
compiling. That option was supposed to reduce the size of the code,
however it did not do so and caused the binary to run up to 30%
slower, probably because of more cache faults.

compilable texmacs distribution at:

Makefile cleanup.

Removed aggregate compilation support.

Compilation is now without -frepo by default.

Removed support for instanciations file.

Moved Doxyfile to misc/doxygen.

The OS_* symbols are now defined in tm_configure.hh and no longer
passed as a preprocessor option.

Changed the refcounting macros to make argument list simpler.

Synched with TeXmacs-1.0.0.9.
