[Texmacs-dev] [patch] TeXmacs-1.0.0.18 and guile-1.6.0

Some people have reported problems with TeXmacs and guile-1.6.0.

I installed guile-1.6.0 from source and indeed noticed TeXmacs did not
seem to recognize the installation. So here come a patch to fix the
problem.

Some people have reported errors with the 'eval' function with recent
guile versions. I was unable to reproduce that problem, so please try
with that patch and give me a procedure to reproduce the problem if it
is still there.
