[Texmacs-dev] Counters

Hi!

I'm working on the "Christmas tree" document, and I have made the
following observation:

Theorem, Axiom, Lemma, Proof, Remark, etc. environments all share the
same counter.  That is, within a chapter, there is

Theorem 1.1 Blahblah

Axiom 1.2 BlahBlah

Corollary 1.3 BlahBlah

Should all these environments have their own counters, i.e.

Theorem 1.1
Axiom 1.1
Corollary 1.1

Theorem 1.2
Corollary 1.2

Corollary 1.3
Axiom 1.2

etc.
