The newest model of the one we used can be found at

The new model has more memory and built in WLAN.
The Yopi seems to have even more memory though.  Do you know what desktop
system the Yopi runs?
It is almost impossible to write a cross platform GUI for these linux PDA's
as it seems that each is using it's own desktop manager.  I've seen QTopia,
a boiled down version of X, and some new ones run a Java desktop.  I'd say
our best bet for cross-platform is to port it to WinCE.  It will then run on
all HP, Compaq and a few other minor brands I've seen.
