[Texmacs-dev] New Sourceforge Mirror

Hello all,

I am happy to announce a new Sourceforge mirror for TeXmacs.  This will 
hopefully allow faster downloads and take a lot of load off of the 
current FTP server.

You can find the project at:

Please note that this mirror is for downloading only, current mailing 
lists/trackers etc. still apply.
