[Texmacs-dev] Occasional crashes: "Fatal error: zero lines in insertion in 'pager_rep::pages_format'"

Hi there,

every once in a while, TeXmacs crashes with the message:
   "Fatal error: zero lines in insertion in 'pager_rep::pages_format'"

I cannot find any simple way to reproduce this error. It seems to 
happen, when I delete something on an otherwise empty page.

I tried to debug a core dump with ddd, but I get lost completely. 
However, it seems that the problem is in
   pager_rep::pages_format (array<page_item> l, SI ht, SI tcor, SI bcor)
the argument 'l' contains a single item, which is a TUPLE with label 
"env_page" containing a "page-this-footer".

(Even extracting this tiny piece of information with DDD was an absolute 
pain!!!)

Obviously the page breaker produces this strange page without any lines 
causing the error.

Would anybody know how to proceed?
