[Texmacs-dev] Widgets background colour

Hello List,

how can I set the background in widgets? With the following code I get a grey background under Linux and a lot of small question marks using a Mac. I tried to find a general command to set the background colour in TeXmacs but came up empty.

   (center (strong "Messages"))
