Bad news,

In my 64bit Ubuntu 8.10 system latest svn texmacs still grows up
memory consumption as use progresses. These are the three figures from
top:

TeXmacs just started:
187 45 13

After loading a 1 page document with formulas
270 55 15

Typing for a while in the middle of a paragraph:
333 113 15
