CJK languages usually use fullwidth single and double quotes. But I could not input these quote charaters using CJK input methods: when inputing a CJK simple quote texmacs just inserts an English simple quote, while inputing a CJK double quote it inserts none.
These CJK quote charaters are as follow: ‘(left single quote) = u2018 ; ’(right single quote) = u2019 ;“(left double quote) = u201c and ”(right double quote) = u201d .
