[Texmacs-dev] bug with file names with CJK characters

Hi developers, when the file name includes some CJK characters, I could correctly open it on Ubuntu Linux, but the title bar of texmacs main window show the file name with corrupted string. Furthermore, I could not open any file with CJK name on Windows. Best.
