[Texmacs-dev] TeXmacs fork with option groups

I created a Git repository of TeXmacs which contains my "option groups" code 
(rejected by Joris).

I am going to regularly update this repo from the mainstream TeXmacs.

I welcome you to send me patches. I know that I've done the menu in a wrong way 
but don't know the right way to use (tm-menu).
