I thought this was obvious: as with many TeXmacs shortcuts to math symbols, you have to press the key *several* times, until you get the one you want. This would be a \divides, which (as far as I know) is what comes closest to the vertical line you need. Of course, if you'd rather have another sort of vertical line, like the harpoon, then you can alter your my-init-texmacs.scm to assign it to some shortcut of your choice.

Pressing tab produces the logical "or" what is completely irrelevant.
