[Texmacs-dev] Trouble with vertical line

I attempt to enter a vertical line in order to enter a restriction of a 
function ($f|_A$).

But TeXmacs produces two vertical lines.

1. This needs to be fixed.

2. What to do now with this version of TeXmacs?
