I haven't too much experience with ADB, but it looks to me like
tramp-adb-prompt shall be a defcustom. Or it is possible to make the
regular expression more general. Juergen?

Please set tramp-verbose to 6, and rerun your tests. The resulting debug
buffer might tell us more.
