Hi,

I prepared the infrastructure for the m128 boards.

a) added file base_rdk230_m128.h
b) enabled targets ics230_12 and icm230_12c in board.cfg
c) add switch in board_ict_11.h (#if defined(__AVR_ATmega128__))
d) The UART support for the needs to be added in hif_uart.h.

Bjoern, can you try to get the incirquit m128 boards running, by 
tweaking the above 4 files. I have nothing here to test with.

"scons ics230_12  icm230_12c " builds, but some macros are empty,
so I expect nothing to work.
