L4 Hurd web page

Dear people,

there is an html page on the upcoming L4/Hurd porting efforts on GNU's web 
site. http://www.gnu.org/software/hurd/l4-hurd.html

However, in the Hurd section of gnu.org I could not find any link to this 
page. I.e. unless you don't know that it is there, you have no chance to find 
it.

I would kindly suggest adding a pointer to l4-hurd.html to the "development" 
section (http://www.gnu.org/software/hurd/devel.html)
