   The GNU/Hurd User's Guide is now accessible through the <A 
   HREF="docs.html">Documentation</A> section of the Hurd web pages.

Looks good, just add a link directly to the user guide (i.e. make the
string "GNU/Hurd User's Guide an link to it).
