Sending one translated page at the time is OK.

   Because there will be some moments in where only some of them will
   be translated, then, the links will take you to english pages.

Yes, this is correct.  See www.gnu.org how they have it if you are
unsure about anything, we have a similar setup.


It would be nice if you could maintain the translated versions for the
future too, that way they won't become obsolete.  But this isn't
really to much of work, and should only take one or two hours per
month; probobly less.
