The user's guide is now in the main Hurd repository, which I don't
have any access to.
I'm willing to commit any changes that you and others want to get into
the guide.
As for copyright assignments, Gordon Matzigkeit signed his over to
the FSF, but copyrights on contributions by Thomas Bushnell,
Matthew Grant, and myself are currently held by their respective
contributors.
In short, no copyright assigments, just keeping a list of all
contributers is enough. But it would be nice if this list could be
keept short for various legal reasons.
