Below is an update of the Esperanto side.

BTW, this new translation again raises the question of whether we should
use CSS or not (it does use it).

Note that I'm unsure whether announcing translations in `whatsnew.html'
is a good thing.  Of course, I'm happy to see my name there.  ;-)  But I
fear it might give the impression that the main activity that occurs
within the Hurd project is translation (see a recent thread for this).
