Thanks!, the latter one is what I have done now: on the dedicated news
page we have enough space available to display the information that
inline pages show, but which we strip from newsitem ones.  I don't know
if doing this change for *all* inline pages has some negative effects
elsewhere, but I couldn't find any problems so far.
