I think that water units -- especially the Merman Hunter need to be made a little weaker to make them work in multiplayer on maps with substantial amounts of water. I think we should make the following changes:

swimmer shallow water defense: 70% -> 60%
swimmer deep water defense: 60% -> 50%

naga shallow water defense: 70% -> 60%

Merman Hunter cost: 13 -> 15
Merman Hunter melee attack: 5-2 -> 4-2
Naga Fighter cost: 13 -> 14
