[Wesnoth-dev] Working towards 1.0

Hi, people.

We're really near from 1.0 now. I'm working on releasing 1.0rc1, I had planned 
to do it today, but I've used my time in writing a little script to help me 
releasing the 1.0rcX and 1.0.x series. It's just a simple script that takes 
the original tarball, strips TDH, the translations that don't reach 100% in 
core and partial campaign and editor translations, and creates a new tarball.

Here is a sample usage session:

I've committed the script to utils, it still needs a bit of work to completely 
remove TDH stuff from configure and other scripts, but it's almost finished.

In addition, I've fixed some problems with strings added by Morloth, please, 
be careful when adding strings, as you have broken the string freeze, 
fortunately the strings were in other domains so I've just copied them from 
there.

I expect to finish the script tomorrow and release 1.0rc1 as soon as possible.
