This changes damage calculations to use additive bonuses and multiplicative
penalties, as discussed in forum thread

this would change the damage tables.



Note that with this patch:



- a unit subject to a 25% leadership bonus and a 25% time of day penalty will
do 125% * 75% = 93.75% damage instead of 100% as is currently the case,



- charge and backstab increase damage by 100% regardless of modifiers or
resistances, so damage doubling is no longer so extremely powerful for led
units during their favourable time of day (but on the other hand it is also
improved during the wrong time of day), and



- the damage dealt by unled aligned units against high resistance defenders
varies less wildly between night and day than with the existing calculations,
typically at most a factor of 2 instead of the current day-night swings of up
to a factor of 11.
