[Windows7sins-translators] The Romanian flyer is ready

Hello,


After a few hours of work, I've obtained the Romanian version of the 
Windows7Sins flyer in .svg and .pdf format, with the same look and feel.

Unfortunately, I was unable to use the SVN mechanism for uploading the 
files on the server.

Since the existence of the material is more important than the technical 
details - please remember that Windows 7 will be officially launched 
today, on October 22nd, 2009 ! - I keep this Romanian flyer at the 
disposal of any interested community member.
