That is a good question, and the dialog you supplied answers the
question.

Ok.  Do the following command:

ls -l "~/.arch-params/=locations"

You should see something like this:

address@hidden:~$ ls -l "~/.arch-params/=locations"
total 20
-rw-r--r--    1 djw      djw            38 Sep 26 20:40 address@hidden
-rw-------    1 djw      djw            37 Mar  2  2002 address@hidden

When you tried to register the archive, it didn't work because you had
already registered it.  So tell arch to forget about the previous
registration:

rm "~/.arch-params/=locations/address@hidden"

Then register the archive like this:

tla register-archive sftp://address@hidden/xouvert/h2003

Then you will be able to check out the source with this command:

tla get address@hidden/html--mainline--1.0 html
