[xouweb] current status of access to arch repository

RJ Bergeron and Robert Wimmer both sent in their ssh public keys; I
added them both tonight.  If anyone else needs to make changes to the
website, please send me your public key.

If you don't have one, I recommend you make an ssh key for protocol 2,
because I may in the future move the repository to a box that only
supports protocol 2.  Here is the command line to make the key:

ssh-keygen -t rsa

This will leave your public key in the file ~/.ssh/id_rsa.pub, which is
what you need to send in for access to the xouvert archive.
