dear jonathan,

-it's a good idea to use the format
-it would be a better idea to inform the users WHAT to do and WHY
-a hint in the error message would be the BEST idea

i assume that this is a problem nearly ever user had - using tla make-log.
it's not your fault i know,  but sometimes arch drives me crazy...

besides - i made the hook you suggested, and i do have  -surprise,surprise - 
a new error message.
here is the dialog
