I believe this doesn't exist. All the incompatibilities in m4
files I've encountered are related to Autoconf, not Automake.
Of course Autoconf incompatibilities are not something we can
solve by putting Automake API versions in directory names (ISTR
this was discussed in January before Automake starts to use
versioned directories). That's just one of the many arguments
why aclocal's job does not belong to Automake. Actually I'm
longing the day `aclocal' will be replaced by a better
Autoconf-supplied equivalent.
