Gentoo keeps Jars in /usr/share/<package-name>/lib/, but this is its own
quirk.

`make pdf' will do it, creating `docs/manual/gnu-crypto.pdf', provided
that you have texi2pdf and pdftex installed.
The manual is probably up-to-snuff enough to provide a version from the
home page -- what do you say, Raif?
