[Openvortex-dev] [PATCH] vortex_workaround cleanup

The attached patch cleans up the via workaround handling. The diff is
rather mangled, but looking au88x0.c before and after should show the
change pretty clearly.  

While doing this the question came up, is it really worth having module
parameters for this? is there any reason someone would turn off/on the
work around and couldn't just change the source?
