Why not.  But I'd say we have to demonstrate its usefulness.  What
would be great would be that foreign macros, say the macro archive,
would be automatically included in the Autoconf documentation.  But
that's not doable, so the actual gain is not very clear.  In addition,
being in Texinfo-mode when writing documentation is a real bonus.
Here, we are talking about a file which is part Texinfo, part M4...
