Sorry, I think I understand now -- You're asking about revisions to the Atmel
documents.
I monitor this page:

"Atmel AVR 8- and 32-bit" content updated in the last 30 days
I don't have an automated way of doing that, but the changes are relatively
rare, so it's better than re-downloading everything.
