First, we were having some trouble with the inline4 cards with current drivers
giving false disconnect notification right after line pickup. I think in the
current release it was disabled for this reason, although its easy enough to
re-enable in the driver sources if you wish to experiment with that. Also,
tone detect can be defined to act as a disconnect. Simply use the reorder=
entry to define a tone that the pbx emits if the caller hangs up and this may
work.
