time for Bison 1.75?

It may be a good time to think about the next Bison release as there
appear to be some real gotchas in 1.50.

The only bug reported to bug-bison that is not fixed yet is your
"Default reductions" bug
<http://mail.gnu.org/pipermail/bug-bison/2002-October/001662.html>.
But I have hesitated to look at that since it sounds like you know a
lot more about the problem than I do.

Given RMS's suggestion that we should have called 1.50 "2.0", how
about if we use the following series of version numbers for Bison?

   1.50
   1.75
   1.875
   1.9375
   ...
   2.0

The idea is that we are in bugfix mode now, and that we keep issuing
bugfix releases until we're happy, and have converged on 2.0.
