I've fixed the latter problem, I think, in:

I just did a quick check and as far as I can see all bugs reported to
bug-bison since 1.50 have been fixed in CVS Bison.
(Enhancement-requests have not been addressed, but that's OK.)

No doubt some other bugs remain, but it'd be nice to get 1.75 out the
door, so that people don't repeatedly report the known bugs.
