Right, the bug occurred just as I was testing the new package and hasn't
recurred since then -- it must have been a coincidence.
But now that I want to update the package again, your latest batch of
changes makes Bongo insert loads of empty sections (`[]') in my library.
This is apparently because I have `bongo-insert-intermediate-headers'
set to t.
