Hi ,
 thank you for getting back. Some progress. It now halts at

Invalid -refdir option C:/Program Files/Dink Smallwood/dink/graphics
and/or C:/Program Files/Dink Smallwood/dink/tiles are not accessible.

Press Esc to Exit.

Pressing Escape I get Dink Smallwood failed. Error code 1.

Where are these values being taken from?
